SIP Automated Attendant - Overview
The T&S Automatted Attendnant can be completely defined via web
pages and supports any number of menu levels. It can be tailored to
virtually any need and changed on the fly.
Prompts can be defined using text-to-speech or audio files. Execution of a menu selection can be defined as:
- Transfer the caller to an extension.
- Send the caller to a voicemail box.
